Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron has been doing exciting entertainment for most
of his life. His children's parties are loud, rambunctious,
and memorable. The party is very interactive and all
children can participate. They will be standing throughout
the entertainment (no chairs required!) so that they
can perform special motions to accompany the magic words,
which are "please" and "thank you" (reinforces your
teaching!). Plus, the children love meeting Big
Red Jax, the parrot (a gentle giant!), and seeing
spectacular professional dove and fire magic (all safe!).
During this portion of the entertainment, the children
will get all riled up, but then they'll calm down during
the Balloon Show.
Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron makes a wide variety of elaborate and incredible
balloon sculptures (not what
you ordinarily see!), and the children guess what he's
making while he's making them. He gives them very misleading
clues, and when a child finally guesses correctly, he
or she has to give the sculpture to someone shorter
than he or she is. This insures that the youngest children
with the shortest attention spans get their balloons
first and that all children continue to participate
- all while encouraging sharing!*** This is a guaranteed
great party! While more is not needed, sometimes parents
want the Bed-Of-Nails and/or
a Fire Show.

for a variety of other organizations and opened at the
grand opening of the Rodin exhibit. He has been featured
on local and statewide TV many times and you can rest
assured you are getting a professional.
Entertainers, in general, are known for being late or
not showing. Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron takes your party/event seriously and
makes every effort to be timely. Unlike other entertainers
who book back-to-back performances, Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron allows a more
than reasonable amount of time between engagements so
if something happens, he won't be late for yours. You
can count on him.
Appearance: Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron now wears Tux pants , Tux Shirt
to indoor birthday parties. Many of the photo on this
page do not reflect this change. He may change his attire
for outside parties due to the heat.
Attention to the birthday child: Every child is
different, but most - especially the four and under crowd,
feel a great deal of pressure on their birthdays. So many
people showing so much attention can be a bit intimidating.
If the party has children that don't know each other well,
that can be intimidating, too. Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron tries to have ALL
the children participate in the show, but he does not
push. If the birthday child can handle it, he will show
a little more attention to him/her.
Adult guests: Your party will be loud and rambunctious,
but if there are are a lot of adults watching, sometimes
the children will be more subdued. If there will be a
large number of adults at the party, it would be best
to have a different room available for those who are not
interested in watching the performance. Adults holding
conversations during the party can be very disruptive.
Invitations: Anticipation adds to the party, so
we recommend you tell your guests in advance that Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron

Arrival: Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron should generally be scheduled to
arrive 1/2 hour after the children are supposed to arrive.
This gives the children time to greet each other, and
allows for late arrivals.
Length: Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron's portion of the party lasts approximately
1 hour (unless agreed differently).
Your Pets: Since Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron does use both doves and
parrots, please insure that all cats and dogs are in bedrooms
or outside. If the party is outside, please restrain your
pets inside or somewhere where they cannot have a "dove
lunch".
Seating: The children will be standing (jumping
and doing motions) throughout the birthday party, so please
do not have chairs for the show. The children will be
active, doing motions for the magic words and other things,
so the more room the better.
Sound: This will be a very loud rambunctious party
that your children and guests will remember.
Photos: Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron often brings a digital camera for
the parents (or another adult) to use. He will try to
email the photos to you within a week (if not that day).

Food and Presents: It is important to open presents
and feed the children AFTER the performance, not before.
Presents, as well as play equipment, will create distractions.
If the children eat before the performance several things
could go wrong. The children will bring food to the performance
and make a mess. If the children eat much sugar, some
of them may become unruly during the show. If they eat
a lot of food in general, they will have less energy for
the performance.
Unruly Children: Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron has been doing birthday
parties for over 12 years. He rarely needs help with difficult
children, and unless he asks an adult to intervene, you
need not worry. Additions - Fire:
Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron also does a fire eating/breathing act that is quite
amazing. He has done this at Cub Scout Jamborees and at
Elementary Schools, as well as the Grand Opening of the
Rodin exhibit and on TV. There are no "tricks" -this is
all real. For this there is an additional charge.
Additions - Bed of Nails:
Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron also does a real bed of nails. He has done this numerous
times on TV, and everything is real. A 3/4 inch thick
board protects your guests from the nails (but not Magician Kerry "KC" Cameron)
as they stand, jump, and break concrete blocks on his
chest. All ages are amazed. There are no "tricks" -this
is all real. For this there is an additional charge.
Sound Equipment: If you are expecting a large
group of people, you may wish to reserve a professional
PA system. Yes, we can provide this service.
Other Entertainers:
We have our hand on the pulse of the entertainment field
in this area and can find all sorts of other novelty acts,
DJ's, Karaoke, and bands for your events.
Confirmations: After you have booked the party,
we generally do not confirm it with you. Many parents
worry and call us to confirm. Feel free to call us to
confirm at any time.
Pricing: The standard birthday party (up to 15
children) is $175. We guarantee a great show. $100) is
a booking fee (deducted from the price)** and is payable
immediately. We cannot guarantee your time until you
send it in.
